BLOG: West York, Palmyra meet yet again in PIAA girls’ volleyball battle

West York will face a familiar foe at a nearby site on Saturday.

There will be plenty on the line — namely a berth in the PIAA Class 3-A girls’ volleyball state semifinals.

The Bulldogs will battle Palmyra at 11 a.m. Saturday in a quarterfinal contest at Hempfield High School in Landisville, Lancaster County. For West York fans, that will only be a journey of about 25 miles to the northeast.

The Bulldogs and the Cougars will meet for the third time this season.
