York-Adams girls’ soccer all-stars battle to tie on cold, wet night at Papermakers Stadium

SPRING GROVE — For the past three months or so, Central York’s Bre Sgrignoli and Dallastown’s Carsyn Gold were adversaries on the soccer field.

Gold got some early satisfaction when the Wildcats handed the Panthers their only York-Adams League Division I loss in September. Sgrignoli earned some revenge last month when she scored a pair of goals in Central’s victory over Dallastown.

Thursday, Nov. 9, the two rivals were teammates for the York-Adams League Senior All-Star Game at Spring Grove High School.
